True, how are you doing Scotty Bear? Back with another video. This video is about my pandemic unemployment claim disqualifying determination. I appealed and this is what I appealed. I'm gonna go over it. First of all, I want to point out that I'm not a legal professional. I definitely love legal stories. This is interesting to me. What is more interesting to me is if these clowns are actually trying to take the money back. Can they actually do that? I went back and carefully tried to read the qualifications and I believe I qualify. I have given them my PayPal earnings and showed my year-over-year earnings. I even sent them certified mail that they had to sign on July 8th. If you follow my videos, you know I have gone overboard. So, a couple of days ago, I got this notice and I'm gonna try to read it to you. I didn't go into a lot of detail, I tried to stay close to the point as I could. I also got information from Rhianna, I'm horrible with names, sorry. She linked me or gave me information on the Thurman Buck site on what I should include with my appeal. It's still crazy because if you go to the link for the appeal (I'll put it below), I covered up my information but I put my appeal with my proof on the web. I want people to see how foolish these guys are. I'm quite certain and I've read news that there's an investigation depending on this. If you're watching this, you know there's also a lawsuit that is probably going to end up in class action status. They've really dropped the ball. However, at least there is a good argument for there being tons of people affected....
