You can map where you want to send direct mail. Usually, we have a lot of clients in the real estate industry, and the best real estate strategy is using EDDM. Let's say you sell a house in the zip code 85012. A lot of people call EDDM junk mail because it's mail that people don't like. If your mail doesn't look nice or attractive, it just becomes a piece of junk mail. Here, I have a mailer as an example. You can no longer do the 4x6 size, instead, use the 6x12 size. You do have to have the required information in the corner. On the mailer, it says "Local Postal Customer" and "US Postage Paid EDDM Retail." Back to my strategy, we use a combination of billboards, social media advertising, EDDM, and PPC in our targeting efforts. We specifically target the area with all four aspects.
