True" something about ready to send off a tool to Mac tools and I've got it right here. This is a trim remover. It's actually a very handy tool and it's built fairly well. However, the problem with it is that one of the jaws broke off. It's not a very expensive tool by their standards, it's under 20 bucks. However, it does have a lifetime warranty on it. So, I was going to go ahead and ship this off and see if they'll actually honor it. Now, I know I do have a franchisee that I've seen him drive around town from Mac, but he doesn't come to my shop. It's a little inconvenient for me to chase the guy down or try and get in touch with him just to return one tool. So, I'm going to just send it straight to Mac and see what they're going to do. Hopefully, the next time I clip in, you guys will see a brand new tool. So, about two weeks later, I've been sent the UPS from tools. Just out of the package and it is, in fact, brand new. They replaced the end on it and gave me my old handle back. I'm definitely happy with that. It's a $20 tool, not one of their pricier tools, but it's really good to have. It took about two weeks to get it. I had to pay my own postage to get it there. I could have just done it with the truck, of course, but like I said in the last clip, it's not exactly convenient for me to chase down the truck guy. So, here it is, two weeks later, and the mail. Thanks for watching.
