True, this is about why the email doesn't work. So, when we go in and look at why Susan is not receiving my emails to her, she received the system email here, but she's not receiving the test emails we've sent. Let's go double-check the setup. Now, this is what you do: go into Mail, then preferences, and this is what shows up. From here, we've clicked on accounts, and I come down here to her account which is hello. So, we check everything, and we go, yet that's correct, that's correct, that's correct. Her incoming mail server, we compare it to the information that GoDaddy gave us, that's correct, and you can see the account type is POP. So, when you're checking, you don't take the IMAP, you take the POP for the server. So, the outgoing mail server, the way to check this is to drop on the drop-down list here, click on edit SMTP server list, and here we see the problem. Because, here for the outgoing server, the port is 465. Here we have this, it's my port from my account, it was preset to that, it's a 25. So, we have to change that to 465, and we have secure socket layer checked, because that's what we selected on her hosting, and the authentication is using her password, and this is the password that she used to set up her email account. So, we click OK. Now, there's one more place we need to check. So, we're still here, we go to the Advanced tab here, and this is the port for her incoming server. So, we have port 995, which is correct, and password authentication, yet everything here looks fine. So, I'm going to come back to hers, and I want to just check...
