True" in this video, we'll go over the error reports tab. Under this tab, you'll find many reports from Mosers that typically require an action from you. We may be missing contact information, beneficiaries, or contributions for an employee in your department, and we rely on you to provide that information. We always start by logging into Mosers' employer site. Remember, you can always follow along by logging into your own account and opening another browser window. I'm using this site in Moses test mode, so you won't see this message on your screen. From the home page, you can hover your mouse over error reports. We'll start with the first report, "Active Pending Application." Every time you click on a report, you'll have the option to work on a report with your name on it or the entire division. You'll typically just work on the reports assigned to you. These reports contain employees that are in your division within your department. However, in this demonstration, I'll be viewing the report for the entire department. The "Active Pending Application" report would show you any employees for whom Mosers has received payroll information, but we do not have an enrollment form for them. If you see a person's name on this report, usually the fix is to enter that person's information and documents. Usually, this report will be empty like it is here. Remember, you can always click on "See Instructions" for help with a report. The next two reports on the dropdown, the "Aged Accounts Receivable" and "Annual Salary Verification," have their own videos that you can find in our training library.
