True," this is a general how-to. In today's video, we're going to be talking about any iPhone model or iPad model and having an issue with your email. Lately, on my iPhone 6s, I've been having an issue sending emails. Whenever I go to either send a picture message or even a physical email, it would just put itself in the out folder and leave itself in there. The only way I could get it to send is if I hard reset my phone or just try sending it from another email address. If you're like me, you have multiple email addresses linked to your account. So in today's video, we're going to go over the steps and hopefully resolve that problem for you. Okay, as I stated before, this is for any iPhone or iPad. Right now, we're looking at an iPad. The first thing to do, which is always a great thing to do after every couple of months, is to go into your settings. Scroll down to general, scroll all the way down, and you're going to see reset. Click on the reset, and you're going to look, the only one you want to touch is reset network settings. That should just refresh your network settings, clean any bugs or issues that it had. So you're going to click right here, it's going to ask for your passcode, you're going to enter that in. Next up, you're going to see reset network settings, you're just going to click reset, and the phone is going to restart or the iPad. So we'll come back once that's all done.
