True" Music, okay. In this video, we're going to look at how we can set default fallback values on Dynamics 365 marketing emails. So, what do I mean by that? Okay, let's say that on our survey, we've got a bit of text and we want to do some personalization. I'm going to say "Dear," and then I'm going to come up here to personalization and use the first name field from the contact. I'll use dynamic content and pick the contact. I'll select the field from the contact directly, which will have no relationship. Then, I'll select the first name and insert that. Now, we're going to have "Dear contact first name, let us know your thoughts." If I go ahead and preview this, my main person that I usually preview is Jane Doe. She's my test contact, so that's great. It shows "Dear Jane, let us know your thoughts." If I then change that and look for a contact that I know does not have a first name (which is possible and may not be required in your environment), now we see "Dear," and then nothing, and then a comma. It doesn't look so good, does it? Let's go ahead and change that. Let's just put Jane back in there, and we'll go back to the designer. Now, what we can do is use a little bit of code instead of just pulling directly from the first name. We can put in a clause that says if there's no first name, let's do this; otherwise, let's use the first name. Instead of "Dear contact first name," I'm going to remove that and put "Dear."
