True" Music. Welcome to a quick tutorial on how to use the state's new uploader accounting tool via the web interface to submit accounting to the Colorado Division of Water Resources. In a previous video, we showed you how to set up your own online account. So now, here we are signed in, and I will show you how to submit the accounting as an individual user. You'll be able to find yourself in this drop-down menu on the left-hand side. You can see there are multiple elements and multiple plans that I'm associated with. You can select the one you want to view or the one you want to upload. You'll see these three dots on each category to filter and sort. You can also change the order by dragging and dropping. Our example has multiple elements and multiple WD IDs, and the color coding will tell you based on when your accounting is due, whether you are in compliance or not. Green if it's before the compliance period, yellow during, or red if it's late. In Division one, your accounting is due the 30th day of the month following the month you are reporting. To upload, click on the upload button. It will give you a user form to be filled out. Choose the calendar year (this is calendar year, not irrigation or water year) and the reporting date (this is the month and end date of the month being reported). For example, if you are submitting March 2021, you will choose 2021 and 331 from the drop-downs. Select the document type, and you can also leave a comment. When that's filled out, choose select file. You'll select a file from your computer, then click submit, and it will upload it to the system and create the file in our Laserfiche. If...
