The email will contain a link that will enable you to launch and complete the assessment. You can take the assessment using a smartphone, tablet, or computer, in a place of your choosing. It is recommended to choose an environment free of noise and distractions, so you can do your best work. When I took my exam for mail processing jobs, I made sure I was in a quiet place to focus. The exam lasts for 45 minutes and consists of three sets of modules. It includes a personality exam where you have to answer situational questions about how you would handle certain work situations. You may have to decide whether to call your manager or handle the situation yourself. It's more of a test to see how you handle different work scenarios.
