More common are recording and the other option is to receive an electronic return receipt by email and PDF form. We're going to talk about how that complies with Kansas law and how we might be able to transition some of our certified mails at KLS to that format. So the first question, being attorneys, a lot of us or paralegals or people who are bothered by attorneys a lot, is whether this complies with Kansas law and it does. The Kansas statute about service by certified mail says that service of process may be made by return receipt delivery, which is affected by certified mail and that return receipt can be electronic or written, so long as it includes the information about to whom the letter was delivered, the date of delivery, the address of delivery, and the person or entity affecting the delivery. That's all you really need, you already get that with the physical green card return receipt and you will also be getting that with the electronic return receipt, so no concerns there. The pros of shifting over from the physical green card return receipt to getting the email return receipt are manifold. First, like I said, it complies with Kansas law.
