True" welcome to Evans Tech Tips. Have you ever noticed that out of the blue, sometimes, eek! You can no longer send an email on your Mac computer, but you can still receive them? The heck is that about? I can receive them, but I can't send them. What should I do? I should fix it. What Evans Tax? Yeah, but first, alright, let's check out the settings here and get that fixed. Alright, click on Mac, get it into you. You got your Mac Mail here, so you can't send an email. No big deal, let's fix it. So, at the top left work, you see the Mail. But click on Preferences, then you bring up this window. You have General, Accounts, Junk Mail, a lot. Click on Accounts. Now, you have your confirmation, behaviors, and server settings. Click on Server Settings. So, because you're able to receive email no problem, ignore the incoming email server settings. But because you can't send, here's what you should do. You see here, check your username, your shirt's normally. What you need to do is just take the password here, erase it, type your password in again. So, try, then guess the heck out. Your last gonna save ya, I'm gonna save it problem solved. That's all you need to do. So, go check your mail, it's gonna work. Try sending those emails again, and I guarantee you, it's gonna work. And if you forgot your password, you better figure out what your password is. I can't help you with that. But go, good luck, go find your password, and do this, and it'll definitely work.
