These email templates are ones that you associate with your sub-tier accounts, which are the customers that you set up below your account. Without having created any email templates, you'll be unable to either create any sub-tier enterprises for yourself or have any sub-tier enterprises sign up via a pop link that we can create for you. So, with any operation in EPS, you're going to be looking at the SSL Certificates and the My Reseller section. If you scroll down to the left-hand side here, you'll see the My Resellers Emails and Manage Email Template. Now, when you first click through this, you actually won't have anything underneath this top title here. This is a demo account, and plenty of email templates have been created previously. You're going to click on Create New Template Group, select your language, and then have a look at this base template dropdown. Each time you create a template, you will make this into a base template. So, these are all ones that we've created previously. When you first open up, you're looking for EPS Partner Templates English. You'll probably only have three or four options when you first start. We're going to call this one June 2018 Demo just for the purpose of this video. It creates, hit "Next," and go back to a list of mail template groups. Hit "Edit" next to the newly created group. So, the emails within EPS that are triggered from EPS are built up of a series of tags. We recommend that you don't actually change the tags in the email template.
