True" welcome to the MyCompass PA mobile app demonstration on how to upload documents using MyCompass PA. There are several times when an individual needs to submit documents for an application they've submitted or currently active benefits. Traditionally, the individual must mail or take these documents to the County Assistance Office. Through the mobile app, they can upload those documents and submit them directly to the County Assistance Office. If the user has outstanding documents at the County Assistance Office requested, the user will see a tile under the Take Action section of their dashboard that reads "Upload Additional Requests," along with a due date for the document submission. Clicking the tile will display a PDF version of their notice indicating what documents they need to submit. To upload documents, the user will first select the Benefits and Applications tile. Once on the Benefits and Applications screen, the user selects the relevant application or open case that requires document submission. All options function the same way for uploading documents. For the purposes of this demo, the user will upload documents to an e-form application by first selecting the Submitted tile under e-forms, and then the relevant application. The user is taken to the application details screen. Near the top of the screen, they will see two or three tabs depending on the benefits the user is applying for. Two of the tabs will always be Benefits and Documents. For LOCKHEEP applications, the user will also see a Resource tab. Benefits is selected by default. Here, the user selects the Documents tab. From this screen, the user can see documents that they've submitted in the past 180 days. The user can select "View" on each relevant tile to view a PDF version of the document they've submitted.
