True" fun thing - it's fun! It's creating and sending an intro email using the advanced email editor. So, a lot of agents say they're either brand new agents or maybe they just switched to eXp Realty or a different brokerage because not everybody who comes to my classes is eXp. Um, so you just switch to a new brokerage, um, and you're using kb core, or you're just finally got your website, your kb core website, launched and you're using it, and you want to introduce that. So, that could be a variety of ways you might send a welcome email to your sphere, okay? So, that's what we're going to talk about, sending this intro email, um, using the advanced email editor to all your new sphere people that you just imported into your kb core. Okay, fun? You like it? I like it, okay? Marketing autopilot, and this is where I'm gonna be creating an intro template. So, under marketing autopilot, I'm going to go to manage campaigns, and you'll notice here there are three tabs: my campaigns, kb core library, and templates. I'm going to click on templates. Now, inside this template section, there's going to be a lot of my own templates that I've created, but there's also going to be other templates that kb core is offering me, okay? There are going to be system templates, and there are also going to be my own templates in here already. I want you to notice, if I type in "newsletter," for example, there is this option of a newsletter. So, the rest of these are mine. I can tell because it says "edit," but there is this option of a newsletter, okay? And so, for ease, I just want to show you that it exists....
