Instructions and Help about Dd 1750

True, welcome to the Missouri Department of Revenues tutorial for registered users on how to download and complete an Excel return template. This video is on filing vendor's use tax. To begin, go to mytax.mode.gov and enter your My Tax Missouri login information. When you log into your My Tax account, a list of tax types that your business is registered for will be displayed. To file online, go to online transactions and download a business tax return template. Please note that if you have new locations to add to your account, you will need to add them before you download your return template. On this screen, you will be asked to enter your return information. Your business name will be filled in for you. You will need to select your account type, and once you do, your account ID and form number will be filled in automatically. You will also need to select your form type and filing period. Please note that amended returns include the business location data but do not include the previously reported financial data. If you would like more information, you can select the tax return instructions button. Once you're finished, select download. After selecting download, a pop-up will appear at the bottom of your screen, asking if you would like to open or save the file. After selecting either option, another pop-up will appear, asking if you want to allow this file to open. Select allow. Once the Excel return template has opened, you will need to select enable editing to make changes to the document. The template will have two tabs.
