True," hey it's Candace and in today's QuickBooks tips and tricks, I'm going to teach you guys how to do batch emailing. So, if you have multiple invoices that you want to send out at one time or you have one customer that you want to send multiple emails to, I want to teach you how. So, let's go into the customer center, and the first thing you want to do is make sure that all the invoices that you want to email to your customer, you're going to double-click, and you're going to want to make sure it says email later. So, you've got to make sure if it's not coming up, that you go in and make sure you checkmark all these. If this has already been done, then I'll show you the next step. The next step is you can go, there are two different ways to send out your emails. You can do it actually directly from inside the emails. You can just click on batch, choose the invoices you want to send, make sure you're sending them where you want to send them from. The other option is you go down to file, send forms, and you can choose your emails here as well. If you have payroll, those are other options you can send from that other screen. So, what you do is you checkmark who you're going to send them to, make sure your "from" and "to" email addresses are correct. You can check off the one customer you don't want to send it to, if that's the case. To verify which email address, what you'll do is you click on the top one, you'll notice your "to" changes.
