True. Hi, my name is India from the new customer support team. In this video, we will cover how to generate a new email template with an exact go-to configuration. First, go to 'Email Templates' and select the list icon. Choose an email template that is already formatted in the way you would like. Then, click 'OK'. Next, click on the gold script in the top right-hand corner and highlight all of the HTML shown. Right-click and select 'copy'. Then, click the gold script again and click on '+1'. Click the gold script again, right-click, and select 'paste'. This will give you a carbon copy of the previous email content, which you can now make amendments to. If you require information to be automatically pulled from the patient file, such as appointment details, click the 'merge field' button. You can select any merge field from the list and use the dropdown menu to narrow down available options. Give the template a unique code and enter a description. Please note that the description will be the subject line of the email. Once you are happy with your changes, select 'OK'. You will be prompted with a screen to save the previous template. Click 'Save' and your new email template will be available for you to use. Thank you for watching!
