The main reason you'd want to use a custom email is to utilize the custom email body feature, which allows you to add in any text and form field using the personalization feature. For example, someone fills out your contact us form with their first name, last name, phone number, email, and the company they work for. With a custom email, you can send a personalized email to your sales team containing specific information such as the first name, phone number, and company, along with a message stating, "This is a new submission on our contact us form from this webpage. Please follow up with the person within 24 hours." This tool is highly beneficial for sending customized emails to anyone or any department according to your preferences. Now, let's explain how and where to create a custom email. First, let's start with our contact us form. Then, we can move over to the after submissions tab. In the after submissions tab, on the left-hand side, you'll find the after submissions action tab for the custom email feature. Click on it to access the email processing tab. Here, you need to select the custom email option. The custom email screen will then pop up, displaying fields such as subject line, send to, from name, send from reply to, send to attachment, and toggle buttons for including a PDF submission. However, the main highlight is the email body section, where you can truly customize your email.
