True." One of the first things that we looked at is running paperless. We would have to have or enable digital signatures for us to truly be a paperless environment. That's why we've taken this step. My department alone prints 4,200 pages a day. In order for us to remove that print, we need to be able to sign documents digitally. So, when we went out and started telling people that we want to move to a digital signature and e-signature platform, there were a lot of people that weren't ready for that. How we got around that is we didn't mandate that people convert to a digital or e-signature. We said, "Look, there may be a better, more efficient way for you to do your job." One of the use cases that we were able to establish, that made people realize, "Hey, this might be a benefit to me," is that every time you go on leave or you're sick in the state of Hawaii, you have to fill out what's called a g1 form. It's a manual form that you have to get your supervisor and then you're directed to sign. Very manual process, right? It would take weeks sometimes to get certain things filled out. We turned that into a digital form, and now people are able to sign that anywhere. As far as security goes, and using electronic signatures, it really adds another layer for us. Before, when we were doing this as a manual process, a lot of times documents would go missing, we wouldn't be able to find the original, those types of things.
