Instructions and Help about Dd 1750

True" Good morning. My name is Pamela Vessel and I'm with Vermont Law School. I am very excited today to introduce our three panelists in the last presentation panel of the morning. First, we have Esther Veraskovsky. She is a litigator with 30 years of experience in toxic tort litigation, among other things. She runs the practice for her firm, Motley Rice LLC, in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Prior to becoming an attorney, she was a clinical psychologist and consultant for efforts addressing post-traumatic stress and community trauma arising out of environmental disasters. She has approached the blight of environmental justice from multiple angles. She acquired her law degree from Rutgers Law School. In addition to environmental law cases, Miss Veraskovsky has frequently litigated cases involving medications and medical devices. She sits on the board of directors for Public Justice and the board of governors for the New Jersey Association of Justice. Miss Veraskovsky frequently speaks and writes on the issues of environmental contamination, toxic exposure, product liability, and large-scale torts. I am very excited to welcome her today. Next, we will have Dr. Madavi Venkatsuken. My apologies for mispronouncing her name earlier. She will be speaking second, and her presentation is entitled "Policy Management Economic Literacy and Stakeholder Engagement." Finally, we have Professor Clifford Via from the New Mexico School of Law, and also formerly from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He will be discussing the community use of the EPA CIRCLA cleanup law and how it offers communities an opportunity to go beyond just the bake sale model of fundraising and community cleanup. I will introduce the second two panelists when it's time for them to present, but right now, I'd like to turn it over to Miss Veraskovsky. Thank you. Thank you and good morning. It's good to be with you....
