True" Hi, thank you for joining us for this video. Uh, Peter Jones and I, uh, my name is Cara Polai. We are going to talk about the Compliance Monitoring and Tracking System that the department uses for a lot of its communication and um activities for your developments throughout your term of funding through the department. So, we do have some contact information on this slide. You can see our mailing address here. Um, our physical address, however, if you do need to mail us anything, you would need to go to the PO. The best way to contact us, as with most folks now, is going to be through email. And you can find all of the contact information for all of the department employees on the website. You can pick your um division that you want to reach somebody in, and there should be on the far left side a window that has a contact list. And on there as a link, and you can search through the department's employees that way. Additionally, you can call our toll-free and Texas number and reach um anybody that kind of goes to a general mail. And you can um contact anybody that way or leave a general voicemail, and we will get back to you as soon as um somebody forwards that to the appropriate party. So, CMTS, as it'll be called throughout this training, is the Compliance Monitoring and Tracking System. This is a system that allows owners to submit reports such as the unit status report, annual owner's compliance report, and any documentation required for any um, you know, annual reviews for asset management complaints.
