This method allows you to send an email using command and document the correspondence into a PDF, which is then automatically posted into the room where your other documents are stored. This feature is useful for keeping track of conversations with buyers, sellers, title companies, lenders, and anyone else you may need to reference in the future. It provides a quick and easy way to store email correspondence in your room. To begin, go to the opportunity section and find the test opportunity that we've been working on for the past few days under the "active" tab. Open the opportunity, navigate to the documents tab, and then click on the transaction to access the room. Remember to take note of the room ID number. The trick here is to use the hashtag PDF along with the room ID number. To demonstrate, I have set up an email for testing purposes. Click on "forward" and send it to your email address, which should be something dot something at mail dot docx ESInet. In Gmail, click on the arrow to edit the subject of the email and change it to hashtag PDF, followed by the room ID number (3619). Click on send, and within a few moments, you will see a PDF document appear in your room's documents section, containing the correspondence from the email you just sent.
