True" Good morning everyone! My name is Deborah Cready. I am on contract with the State of South Dakota Department of Education to serve as the State E-rate Coordinator. My role is to provide training, outreach, and assistance to applicants across the state in connection with the E-rate program. I'm also helping out with the Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF). With me today is Michelle Kronberg, who is the E-rate Administrator for the state. She works at the Department of Education and oversees all of my work. Also, joining us today from the State Library is Cheyenne Chantez, a Technology Music Advisor and Specialist, who assists libraries with technology.
