Before we can look at the official document, you want to make sure that your company's desired name is completely unique. To make this process easier, here you can type in your desired name and click search the database. If the search doesn't come up with a result, that means the name of your company is not taken and is completely unique. So, you will be able to file for a company under the name you've chosen. Don't forget, the name of your LLC must contain either one of the phrases LLC, L.L.C., or Limited Liability Company. Now, we can move on to how to file for an LLC. After that, you need to put in the address of the Secretary of State or Registered Agent.
