True. Hi, I'm Patrick. For more awareness, sometimes you want to email a specific PDF form from Job Tracker. It's easy to do, but it looks a tiny bit different depending on which browser PDF viewer and email client you use. First, I'll walk through a simple example using Chrome, the built-in Chrome PDF viewer, and Outlook. Open the job with the form that you want to print and click on "Printable View". Select the form or forms you want to print, make sure PDF is selected, and hit OK. By default, Chrome uses its built-in PDF viewer, and if you move your mouse down to the bottom right of the screen, the toolbar appears. Click the floppy disk icon to save the PDF. Choose an easy-to-find location like your desktop, name the file whatever you want, and then click Save. Next, open a new email in your email client. Since I'm using Outlook and I've pinned it to the taskbar, I can right-click on it and create a new email from there. Then, I attach the PDF that I just saved. After you're done sending the email, you can delete the file you saved from your desktop. If you find yourself sending PDF forms frequently, it might be worthwhile to install PDF reader because it lets you skip a step. For this example, I'll install it from pdfreader.com. Again, click on "Printable View" and select the forms you want to print. Again, the PDF opens, but this time using PDF reader. Now, click on the icon and a toolbar becomes visible that includes an email icon. Click on it and choose "Send Copy".
