Welcome to the Florida courts efiling portal and adding e-service email addresses to the cases or the state attorney go to the portal and login as the state attorney portal administrator when you log in go to the my account menu and service email addresses select the county from the drop-down select the division do a search it will pull up the various case types and subtypes for circuit criminal we have the subtype of felony and allow you to add up to three email addresses to receive service that will be added to all of the circuit criminal felony cases in the Orange County when you click on update it tells you that your service email addresses or that case type have been successfully updated you can then go on choose a different division do search and here you will have the ability to add email addresses up to three for each of these subtypes of the county criminal case type for Orange County so you could add in up to three state attorney email addresses to receive e-service on these case types this will be added to every case that carries that case type and subtype so that no one ever needs to add an e service email address to these case types in order to prservice to the State Attorney's Office so when you click on update it saves that information and you can do this for all the counties that you file to by choosing the court the division doing a search and then typing in up to three email addresses for the State Attorney's Office to receive e-service add-on documents filed electronically through the portal so for the portal administrator for the state attorney's office under my account service email addresses and again type in...
