Hi it's crystal anne today i'm going to help you download spm to your mac let's get started to download the spm for sawgrass also known as sawgrass print manager all you simply have to do is come to sawgrassink.com come over to where it says get started right here you're going to hover over it and you're going to see where it says print manager click that and then you're going to notice right down here at the bottom it's going to say download for mac you're going to click that now that our download is complete you can simply click here now if it pops up like this no problems this is a known issue with mac os all you need to do is click ok ok and this is how we're going to do it so what i like to do is drop my screen down and then i'm simply going to come over to the finder click here and then we're going to come to downloads so what i'm going to do is i'm going to find my file which is right here it says spm i'm going to hold down the control button on my keyboard and click you're going to hit open now you can see that it says open this time so it's the same message but it's going to say open so we're going to click open we're going to come to this screen and we're going to hit continue install now you need to simply put in your admin password to allow the download install software now we're going to hit close move to trash after you read your end user license agreement just hit agree once you get to this screen here you're going to simply sign in with your...
