True" Good afternoon, this is Erin Egan with the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. This is the first-ever Wisconsin Holder Reporting Seminar that we've put on, so I apologize for the late start. We were having some technical difficulties, but we've gotten them resolved now, so we are very excited that all of you are joining us today. We had a wonderful turnout for our first-ever Holding Report Holder Reporting Webinar. The webinar is being recorded and will be available on our website later if you missed it or if you want to share it with a colleague. You're welcome to review it later. The handout is available in the webinar view. There you should see a pane or a panel that's called handouts. If you click on the little arrow to expand that, you'll see two versions of the PowerPoint have been posted. One version is the full-screen version with each slide, and the other version has three slides per page so you can take notes. You're welcome to download those now and follow along. The PowerPoint will also be posted to our website after we're done if you need to come back to refer to anything. Another thing to note, there is a question panel in the webinar. You are more than welcome to throw your questions there. We have a couple of employees of unclaimed property that are following along and will be responding to you as the webinar goes along. First of all, we're going to talk about what is unclaimed property. Then we'll give you a little bit of an overview of the holder reporting process. The next steps will be talking about tips and tricks for holder reporting. I will also give you a demonstration of our new holder reporting portal that will be rolled out next month in September....
