True, great! Well, thank you Tara, and good afternoon. Thank you, everyone, for joining us today for this Illinois tax webinar. Today, we want to touch on some areas and issues related to Illinois tax that we see many questions and concerns about from taxpayers. I'm Jennifer Edwards, a Salt Manager in our Sioux Falls office. Also, presenting today will be Laura Robuchon, who is an Assault Senior Manager in our Phoenix office, and Ceci Roberts, our Salt Senior Manager from our Denver office. Tara, what do I need to do to move the slides? Thank you. So, I'll start off the presentation by talking about some of the requirements and steps for opening and closing a business. Basically, which agencies in the state need to be registered with, and some of the forms that need to be filed. Laura will then take us into the wonderful world of sales tax, where she will talk about problem areas that we see in sales tax, such as determining what is and isn't taxable, sourcing rules, and some of the unique local taxes that are out there. She will also discuss some sales and use tax rulings that should be considered if you're doing business in Illinois or considering doing business in Illinois. Ceci will then finish the presentation by discussing Illinois income tax topics that are important for businesses. She will talk about doing business or Nexus for income tax purposes, combined reporting apportionment, and pass-through entities, and some of the intricacies of reporting in Illinois.
