True." Hey guys, welcome back! Today, I'll show you how to connect and print from any printer using your phone or tablet. If you need to print something without Wi-Fi, follow these steps. Open your Chrome browser and sign in with your Android ID, or the same ID you use on your Android phone. Sign in from the same ID on your desktop Chrome browser. Click on the settings icon and then select "Show advanced settings." Scroll down and click on "Cloud Print." Click on "Manage" and then on "Add printers." I have multiple printers connected to my desktop, but I will only select the Canon printer. Uncheck all the others and click "Add printers." That's it! Your printer is ready. Now, on your phone, I'll show you how to use it. Go to the Play Store and download the "Cloud Print Plus" app for your Android phone or tablet. After downloading, open any web document like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or PDF. For example, I'll print a Word document. Tap on the print icon and select the "Cloud Print" option. Assign your Gmail ID when prompted, and press "Continue." As I mentioned earlier, I selected the Canon printer, so it appears on the list. Tap on the Canon printer and adjust the settings accordingly. For example, select the number of copies or page range. Once you're satisfied, tap on "Print." The job is sent to the printer, and you can see the progress. Even though my printer doesn't have built-in Wi-Fi, I can still print from my Android phone. If you want to print from a web browser or other apps like Facebook, Drop, or SkyDrive, simply open the desired webpage or document and click on the "Print" option. And that's it.
