It's my pleasure to have with me today Seth Austin, who's the operating partner with Craft Science in Fort Worth, Texas. Welcome, Seth. Hi Mark, how are you? Great. So, you know, some of our viewers might be familiar with Craft Signs, but obviously many may not be. How long have you been in business? It's about a year now. We opened officially in January of 2020. And what are some of the markets that you serve? We're primarily in the trade market, although we do work with some direct customers. But probably more than half of our customers are either brokers or other print jobs. And what's your breakdown of your major pieces of equipment, as well as some of the applications that you're producing on them? Yeah, absolutely. We have an Arizona 1360 XT, which is the extended bed, and that was the first piece of equipment we placed. We also have an HP 365 latex roll-to-roll, a Canon Colorado 1650, and a Colex flatbed cutter, as well as a Colex flatbed laminator. Well, you mentioned the Colorado 1650, which is the roll-to-roll device. How are you producing your graphics prior to the installation of that wide format printer? Yeah, we were using the HP 365. As we opened up, we didn't actually anticipate our primary market to be roll-to-roll. We thought that we would be more flatbed-based. And so, we started with the 365 and then added the Colorado later. And how did that change your productivity? And were there some bottlenecks that you were experiencing that solved? There certainly were some bottlenecks with the 365. It's much slower than the Colorado and much more difficult to load and handle the media. We were having to come up here at...
