True" welcome to this video demonstration of using the De Pease Drinking Water Electronic Lab Reporting Application, or Dweller for short. It's rather basic, showing how to enter data to submit a report from a public water system. All reports from public water systems in Pennsylvania are now submitted to DEP through Dweller, after all paper forms are so 20th century, don't you know? This tutorial is for new users and those not quite familiar with the Dweller system. It is a follow-up to the demo on accessing Dweller through the DEP Green Port and navigating Dweller to the point of entering data to add new records. So, log into the Green Port, type your username, enter your password, and click on "Log In to DEP Green Port". Then, select your application and click on the Dweller button. Remember from the Part 1 demo that to enter data, you will need a laboratory ID associated with your Dweller registration. That is a five-digit number with an L in front. If you don't have a laboratory ID and need one, call the phone number shown on your Dweller registration form to learn how to get one. After selecting your lab ID, click on "Submit" to launch Dweller. When using Dweller, after you read or scan through the disclaimer screens on the way to data entry, you might want to stop at the instructions and messages screen. To access the Dweller user guides, click on the link to open the Safe Drinking Water web page about Dweller. Resize the window and scroll to the bottom of the page in the newly opened window to see the links to the user guides.
