He's gonna talk about offers of proof, which is an interesting subject that a few of our prior presentations have made some references to. And now, you're gonna get to hear all the details here from Cornelius. Cornelius Demps is the founding partner of the Demps Law Firm in Wesley Chapel, which specializes in appellate practice, commercial litigation, criminal defense, and personal injury. Cornelius is a graduate of Florida State University and the Stetson University College of Law, where he competed as a member of the trial team and earned awards for trial advocacy. He began his career as an assistant state attorney and later served as an appellate prosecutor in the Florida Attorney General's Office in Tampa. Cornelius has an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubble, and he's also been named a Rising Star in appellate practice by Florida Super Lawyers.
