True. Good morning. Thank you for joining me for the Office of Civil Rights Data Collection presentation. My name is Terra Dominguez, and I am the State OCR Coordinator. I'm here to help you out through this collection process. Um, this presentation is downloadable. The links are live (or should be), and it is available on the website. If you're not sure where the website is, we will talk about that today. So let's move forward to our overview. Today, we have a lot of items that we need to cover. I want to give you an overview for those who are new to the Office of Civil Rights Data Collection, where you can find resources. I want to talk to you about non-PowerSchool data that is part of this collection, also the CRDC and how PowerSchool works for you. And then, we will touch briefly on the Federal Submission Tool, which will be open to us in December, and then some closing comments and questions. Now, there is a panel in Webex if you can find it. That is a question and answer panel. You can use the chat. I will try to address the questions as they come in. I would prefer if you could preface the question with the topic at hand because I'm not sure that I can actually organize the questions to address them as quickly as possible. So let's get to the overview of the Civil Rights Data Collection. This is a bi-annual collection. Normally, we will be doing this back-to-back, so we will be participating in the collection this year and next year. The data are from the previous year, so we're always looking backwards when we do this collection. All public schools and charters in the nation are required to submit data.
