Once the annual report is filed, here's how you can download a copy. You're going to go to "Florida SunBiz," the website owned by the Florida Division of Corporations. You can simply type "Florida SunBiz" in your browser and it should take you to the search page. If you happen to end up on a different page, you can click on "search records" located either at the top or side of the page. Next, click on "search by name" and enter your LLC name. You can enter just the first word or two of your company name as an example. Let's use "EDF I Holdings" for this LLC. After clicking on the LLC, scroll down to the bottom and look for "document images." You will find all the documents that were filed for this entity or registration. The most recent annual report will be at the top. Simply click on the blue link to open a new tab. Depending on your browser, there may be different options to save the document. In Chrome, hover your mouse over the document and click the down arrow. From there, you can save it to your downloads or desktop folder.
