True" Music. Hey guys, Clinton here with Dragonfly. I want to show you how to create a simple custom form in our new Form Designer. After opening a new document in the Forms Library and giving it a title, click in the document and then type or paste your text. Next, use any of the formatting tools in the toolbar to design the text to your liking. Then, replace any fields you may have with already saved athlete profile info or add blank fields for any data you need to collect. Finally, add a signature block and then your simple form is complete. Now, all you have to do is assign the form to your athletes or coaches and you're all set. So, take a few minutes and build some forms of your own in Dragonfly Max.
