Hello, my name is Jennifer Heyer, Environmental Planner with WSP, and I will be facilitating this virtual meeting on behalf of the New Mexico Department of Transportation. Thank you for taking your time out of your Tuesday evening to join us tonight for this virtual public information meeting hosted by the NMDOT. We're excited to share information with you about the New Mexico 31 128 roadway project.
