There are two sections to the packing list: the product or service database section and the packing list records and tracking section. Firstly, you need to input your product or service item in the database section. This will allow you to create your packing list in the generator section. The items and related information will be stored in the record section. To start, let's input and track the items in the database section. But before that, we need to identify the units. As a default, the units are set as pieces, kilograms, and hours. The responsible person will be recorded in the tracking section to track who created the packing list. You can add more people from the list if needed. In the database section, you can write your product description and any additional information such as website links. Let's create a template as an example with the unit set as bucks (meaning 5 kilograms). After that, click on the generator section. Here, you will see your packing list. In this section, you can create segments for your items. For this part, I always include the consignor name, their address, and remarks such as Incoterms and payment details. In the description part, you can easily select your product or service items from the database. You can also use previously used products from the database. Let's select my den product from here. You can see the extra information such as the unit and total weight appear instantly. At the bottom of the page, you can see growth rates and other notes and instructions.
