True" Hey everybody, it's Kyla at the MJC again. Today, I'm here to talk to you guys and walk you guys through the caption and notice sections of the modification motion. But before we get started, as always, I just want to remind everybody that nothing in these videos is intended to be legal advice. So, it's a video, and obviously, I'm not able to analyze your specific situation and tell you whether a modification motion is the right thing to use in your case. I also can't tell you whether a court will approve what you're proposing your order be changed to, or whether filing this motion is in your best interest. Here in Milwaukee County, we have attorneys available for free who can give you some brief legal advice through the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics. Alright, so let's hop into the form. When we talk about caption, it's just fancy lawyer language for this top part of the form. It tells the court and the other people what case it's in and provides some basic information about that case.
