But before we get started, as always, I just want to remind everybody that nothing in these videos is intended to be legal advice. I also can't tell you whether a court will approve what you're proposing your order be changed to, or whether filing this motion is in your best interest. Alright, so let's hop into the form. When we talk about caption, it's just fancy lawyer language for this top part of the form. It tells the court and the other people what case it's in and provides some basic information about that case.
