This is where you can see the version of the app that you currently have installed on your device. If you tap "Subscription," it will show you that you have access to the subscription of Notability through Goose Creek CISD. If you were to leave the district and you want to still use Notability, you will have to either use the free version or pay for a subscription so that you have access to all of the available options. Tap "Themes." This is where you can select how you want your Notability to be viewed. So you can see, if you tap on any of these options, it will change how Notability looks. The option at the top, "Match iOS Appearance," if you have that toggled on, if you are in the daytime mode, it will be light. And then once you change to night view in iOS appearance, it will automatically change the view of your Notability. You can also toggle on or off "Colorful Subjects." This is going to take the subjects on the left, and if they have a color associated with them, the entire bar will be colored. So again, that's just a setting you can set yourself.
