So, you should have been emailed this information, but you can also find it on the website. Go to yourbestaddress.com and click on the client portal link. Go ahead and do that, and then you'll see a big red link here that says new client paperwork. Go ahead and click that, it'll bring you down here. Now, you should have already completed the first couple steps of paperwork and been assigned your PMB number with your best address. If you haven't done that yet, you have to do that before we can move on to the vehicle registrations. So, you can see you need to submit two forms of ID and then you need to do the new account paperwork. Then, we'll assign you the PMB, and you can legally change your address and get your vehicle registered in South Dakota. So, you come down to the optional services, South Dakota vehicle registration.
