Let's begin with an overview of the new Connect Appointments Module. The Connect Appointments Module introduces a modern appointment scheduling and management system to ConnectAbility and ConnectBenefits. New capabilities for ENT participants, providers, provider supervisors, and central office staff include ENT participants having the ability to set up and manage appointments from ConnectBenefits. The ability for ENT providers, provider supervisors, and central office staff to set up and manage ENT appointments for ENT participants through ConnectAbility. Within this webinar, we will cover the following topics: appointment scheduling for providers, supervisors, and central office staff through ConnectAbility, and for ENT participants in ConnectBenefits. The ENT provider dashboard, highlighting changes to the provider dashboard within ConnectAbility for providers and supervisors. And finally, we will cover appointment location setup, where supervisors now have the ability to set up ENT offices from within ConnectAbility. Now, we are going to discuss an overview of Phase 1 of the Connect Appointments Module, including changes to ConnectBenefits and ConnectAbility.
