Now there's a way you can quickly create professional interactive PDF forms from your old office documents to improve your response rates and simplify data entry. In this video, I will teach you how to use the automatic form recognition tool on Mac to quickly transform old forms into fully interactive fillable ones. First, upload an empty copy of your form. In the form tab, click the form field recognition button in the toolbar. In seconds, it identifies and applies interactive form fields for you. Using the toolbar, you can also add radio buttons, push buttons, and more. Or, select a field and press the Delete key to remove any fields you don't want. Double-click on any field to customize its name, appearance, and formats. Down reform is an electronically fillable PDF.
