Hey guys welcome to my channel this video is going to be everything you need to know about eddm and direct mailers i'm going to share my experience sitting in my very first batch of direct mailers i will also compare the cost and the pros and cons of going eddm or doing direct mailers like i did Music i decided to send out direct mailers because i had two listings that went very quickly and both of them got multiple offers and so now i've got a list of buyers that did not win out on the deal but i want to connect them with sellers and hopefully get some more listings i've got an entire strategy of layered marketing that i'm going to do for both neighborhoods this is just one step of the process i will make a complete video on all of the layers that i'm doing to market to these neighborhoods now to get more listings this is specifically going to cover the direct mail and eddm that i researched for this first step i'm going to go ahead and cover the cost difference for both the pros and cons list and then i'll explain how to do both and let you decide what fits your needs the best with direct mail i was able to upload my own list that i scraped using remind which allowed me to be very specific about the criteria of the people i wanted to send to i'll show you the criteria that i used but with this method i was able to upload a list of 1152 and it cost me 365 to mail to all of those and that includes both neighborhoods that's the total between the two neighborhoods if i had done this with eddm then...
