True" Hello, my name is Chris. In this session, we'll talk about the Clerk of the Courts. We're not referring to any specific clerk, nor are we making a blanket statement that all clerks are bad. Instead, we'll examine the office of the clerk as a collective entity under the Code 18 USC 2076. This special video is brought to you by a semi-collaboration with the gentlemen over at "Child Support is Fraud." They have brought up a strategy called "How to Use this Strategy to Get Away from Child Support," which bases itself on the case law and the Code 2076. According to Code 2076, any clerk of a district court in the United States who willfully refuses to accept or pass on your documents to the law may face imprisonment of up to one year or be fined. Although the statute mentions district court clerks specifically, I can assure you that it applies to all clerks. This is supported by constitutional law, which states that all officers of the government, from the highest to the lowest, are bound to obey the law. No one in this country is above the law. The case law supporting this is "Butts v. Oconomow" and "United States v. Lee." To remember these cases, we use the phrase "The Butts stops here, Mr. Lee." The gentlemen over at "Child Support is Fraud" have introduced this case law section called 276, and it is a strategy that works. In this video, we will enhance and improve upon this strategy. I have previously shared a video regarding the clerks in the child support agency in Harrison County, Ohio. They are paid one-third by the county and two-thirds by the child support enforcement agency. Essentially, they have two masters, with the title IV-D agency paying them more money. In...
