True hello, I'm Rod. I'm Tammy. Together we are Off the Farm Logistics, and as promised, we're making a video on filling out the IRP. And if the application and, uh, so I'm gonna narrate, Tammy's gonna write it. I'll, uh, I'll go over a few things as we go. Um, so right now, we'll, we'll get to, uh, to the paperwork side of it, and we'll go over it with you as we go. Okay, so when you're filling out your IRP registration form, um, there are a couple of gotchas on it. Um, number one is the motor carrier responsible for safety. You either have to have your own authority or you have to be leased on at the time you fill that out. Um, otherwise, it's a no-go. Then the other thing is that MoDOT actually has two of the IRP registration forms, and the correct one you want is the one that asks, 'Do you hold a Wyoming Interstate Operating Authority?' So, having said that, we'll, uh, we'll go from there. This is not a standalone document, but we'll get to that here in just a minute. So, the first thing is the effective date, and when I called and talked to them, they said that wasn't really critical. They'd put that in when they did it. The next section is the EIN/FIN, and that is where you're going to put either your social security number or your LLC. So, for that, let's put in some fictitious stuff here: 8-9-1157269, and that would be our EIN that we got when we opened our LLC. And, um, it would also be, um, well not from our LLC, once we open our LLC, then we go ahead and do the deal with the IRS to get our EIN number...
