True, welcome to the Cougar Mountain monthly webinar series. Thank you all for attending. Today's webinar is on conversions from CMS Pro 2 Denali. During the webinar today, we will ask that you try to comment and ask simple questions. As noted on the slide that you see toward the end of the session, we will have a question and answer time where you can raise your virtual hand. My name is Sherry Severson, I'm the conversion specialist here at Sugar Mountain Software. Today's topic is making a conversion appointment with Cougar Mountain Software, preparing for the conversion, the conversion process, and the differences between a test conversion and a final conversion. We will finish the session with a Q&A wrap-up. The first step in a conversion is setting up an appointment. Typically, we ask you to set up both a test conversion and a final conversion appointment. We will discuss the differences a little later in the webinar, but you can call the number listed here to set up each appointment. In preparing for your conversion, the first thing you should do is create a backup of your Pro data. The menu options are shown here. Although I'm sure most of you know how to do that, let's go ahead and take a look at the steps that you should take in Pro. When you are in Pro, make sure your payroll batches are all posted. A conversion will run if you have some open OE batches or AP batches, but it will not run if you have open payroll batches. So, you want to go into payroll, make sure you don't have any checkmarks here. If you do, you just want to go ahead and check to make sure that you either need to post it or you can clear the...
