True" hello and welcome to the training video on how to print or download forms. Now, there's a couple of different ways you can do this. One of them is right here on the dashboard. When you first log in, you can search for a particular name or clients. You can change the filter for which year; it will automatically default to the current tax year. Then, right here over on the right-hand side, you are able to print off that record. So, you can do that directly from the dashboard. The other thing you can do is head over here to the left and go to Forms Manage Forms. Then, you can filter here. You can select a particular payer, a certain tax year, and then here too, you have the option. If you come over toward the right-hand side, under the action column, you can select "view" or "print" if you'd like to do that for an individual record. You can also come over here to the left-hand side and select a couple of different records that you would like to download multiple PDFs at the same time and print those out. You also have the option to just go ahead and download all for that particular payer. You can download the recipient copy, payer copy, or all copies.
