True" Music everyone! On a dreary winter afternoon here in the UK, pouring with rain outside, I'm doing part two of using Android tablets to control my layout. Now, I'm gonna say Android tablets, but it can also be using an iPad or Windows tablet, or any mobile device. So, today I'm going to show you how to connect Gemma right to the tablets, how to configure Gem RI using wire throttle, and how to connect the tablet to the Gem RI wire throttle as well. I also use railroad and code, but for today's demonstration, I'm just going to show you Gem RI since that is what the majority of people use. If anybody is interested in the railroad and Co side of it, please let me know in the comments below and I will put together a video showing the railroad and code connection. So, here we go! I'm going to go across to the computer now and show you how to set up Gem RI for wire throttle in connection to the tablet. Okay, I'm going to open up Panel Pro and as you'll see when it opens up, I've got various profiles set up depending on how I want it to connect, either sell out or to the programming track. I won't go into this now because it's quite a lot to set up, so what I'll do is I'll put a link to the Gem RI instructions below and that'll explain how to set up various profiles. In short, what I've got is a profile for Dakota Pro, so if I click on Dakota Pro, it opens up and connects to the Sprog which connects to my programming track.
