However, feel free to change it according to your needs. As for the delayed effective date, I usually keep it as the date of incorporation, but you can modify it if necessary. Hit "Next". Now, let's move on to the registered office. Make sure you have this set up before creating the company. Personally, I recommend using Registered Agents Inc. because they offer affordable services. Search for them and select their option. They will handle sending the necessary statement to the state on your behalf. Click "Next".
